Signing Up
Getting started with Deque is a breeze. Any user can request access on the Deque website. Deque will send a sign up link to the email provided. Once you click on the link you provide your team name, the user name is your email and the user enters a password. The user will log into their team portal. This where the initial team member can set up their account, billing, select their plan and provide cloud credentials. It is important to note that this is a one time task for the first user on the team and should not take more than five (5) minutes. All subsequent users can go to the Download link and download the app.
